Getting started

Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing catering for all occasions. This guide offers a wide range of options to satisfy your palate and accommodate your budget. If you don't find what you're looking for, our team of culinary experts can craft something unique just for you that will perfectly suit your needs. We also tailor menus to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary requirements.

Food Safety & Buffet Placement

To ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and guests, food and beverages must remain on the premises during a catered event. All food items will be collected within two hours of being served, in compliance with FDA guidelines. Any remaining food will be discarded to adhere to all safety regulations.

Eat local

Consuming locally sourced items guarantee freshness and bolsters the local economy. We strive to use produce cultivated within a 200-mile radius of our café whenever feasible.

Staffing guidelines

Our team offers delivery and setup services from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. To ensure availability, we require orders to be placed a minimum of three business days before the event. For events outside of these hours, coordination with our Catering Representative is necessary for optimal planning. Additionally, events necessitating wait staff will incur variable fees based on the specifics of the event.

Guarantees

We require a confirmed guest count for each event at least three business days in advance to ensure professional preparation. Should there be no updates, we will provide service and bill for the initially specified number of guests.
 Additionally, any requests for nighttime events must be made with a minimum of two weeks' notice.

Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes events need to be canceled on short notice. Our policy allows for complete cancellations without charges if made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the total fee, and those made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full charge. Your catering representative will discuss any potential charges with you at the time of cancellation.

Linen and skirting

To enhance your experience, we offer assistance with choosing linens, setting up the bar, and arranging flowers. Blue spandex linens are provided at no extra charge with all hot buffet options. For other linen styles, the fees will differ based on the selection made. Our catering coordinator will collaborate with you to find the perfect match for your event.

Dinnerware

Every catering buffet setup will include suitable white melamine dishes, plastic tumblers, and silverware. Additionally, our Artisan Direct menu delivery service comes with complimentary disposable packaging, dinnerware, and cutlery.

Ordering procedures

Orders must be placed online through the designated CaterTrax website for your location or by emailing your Catering Representative.
